I’ve tried my fair share of productivity hacks, and I’ve learned that some of them are just not worth the hype.

Set your time limits: Once you have identified your tasks, set a specific time limit for each one. This can be 25 minutes, an hour, or any other duration that works for you. Create a schedule: Create a schedule that outlines your tasks and time limits. Be sure to leave some buffer time for breaks and flexibility. Focus on your tasks: Once you have your schedule in place, focus on your tasks without any distractions. Use a timer to keep yourself on track and avoid multitasking.
